All about you Friday – Box breathing

Did you feel it? The calming of your soul. The centering of your mind. The prayer in your heart. 

Box breathing is one of the easiest things to incorporate into your day. It reduces anxiety and can even boost your immune system. I was reminded of its benefits this week at the end of an 11-hour day with a pile of paper work awaiting me at my desk. 

Sometimes life can feel insurmountable. I know this first hand. But clarity is just a few breaths away. I wish I remembered to start every day like this. Maybe now I will. 

You did it. You made it to Friday. That is something to celebrate.
